The Visual Guide uses shows you the full possibility of Microsoft Office 97 in a way that lets you choose which new skills would be of most use to you.  It does this through simple animated illustrations that demonstrate each concept without jargon.  Simply by viewing each graphic you 'get the point' of each new feature, in much the same way you would if someone that really knows sits with you at you PC and shows it to you.  You discover the potential that Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook hold for you and can nominate those subjects you feel you would most benefit from exploring further.  This results in a report that you can send (by mail or email) to your training provider or to citron systems for further assistance.

  9. The Visual Guide also features comprehensive explanations of each command in clear English, with links to Microsoft's own Help where appropriate.  You are able to record your notes on what you discover for later reference.

The Visual Guide is very intuitive to use, with extensive "on-line" context-sensitive help.  It assumes no prior knowledge of an application (though it is primarily aimed at existing users wishing to build further on their experience).  It suits any user of MS Office, whether you work at home or an office.

  16. Install The Visual Guide as follows:

  18. * On Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0: select Run from the Taskbar Start menu, type the full name of the file (for example, C:\DNLOAD\VGu30o97.exe), press the Enter key, and follow the prompts.

  20. * On Windows 3.1 or Windows NT 3.51: activate the Program Manager, select Run from the File menu, type the full name of the file (for example, C:\DNLOAD\VGu30o97.exe), press the Enter key, and follow the prompts.

  22. On running The Visual Guide you will be asked to type in a Shareware Key.

  24. If the source from which you have obtained this software displays a Shareware Key then you should type that in.

  26. Otherwise please type in "VG-simtel-xyz.com" where "xyz.com" in the name of the website or CD from which you obtained this program.

  28. UNINSTALLING

  31. To remove the system from your computer delete the folder into which you installed, where your Start menu or desktop icon points to. The Visual Guide - User Edition does not update your Registry or your Windows folder.

  33. STATUS OF PROGRAM

The program you are using works initially in shareware mode. This means that until you order your Licence you get a fully functional Visual Guide but the assessment will be anonymous, it will be in only 1 application, it will stop working after 30 days, and you cannot yet benefit from our affiliate program.
